Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 26, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase of and access to digital products, resources, and related services offered under the Communication Decoded brand (collectively, the "Products"). Communication Decoded is a U.S.-based sole proprietorship operating under the Communication Decoded trade name.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By completing a purchase after being presented with notice of these Terms, or by otherwise affirmatively accepting them, you agree to these Terms and our Refund Policy and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. Your purchase or use may also be subject to applicable terms of the platform through which you purchase or access the Product, including Whop.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase, access, or use the Products.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to purchase or use a Product.
3. Products
Communication Decoded offers educational digital products relating to relationship communication, relationship decision-making, and related topics. Product descriptions on the applicable sales page identify what is included with a particular purchase.
Digital Products may include PDFs, guides, worksheets, examples, frameworks, or other downloadable or online materials. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a purchase is for personal use only and does not include individualized coaching, counseling, therapy, diagnosis, or professional services.
4. Educational Purpose; No Professional Advice
Communication Decoded provides educational information and decision-support tools. The Products are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other professional advice and are not a substitute for therapy, counseling, medical care, legal advice, or other individualized professional support.
Communication Decoded does not diagnose you, another person, or any relationship. Information about attachment, communication patterns, emotional responses, or relationship dynamics is presented for educational purposes and should not be treated as a clinical diagnosis or a definitive explanation of another person's motives.
If a situation involves immediate danger, threats, coercion, abuse, stalking, self-harm, or another urgent safety issue, seek appropriate emergency, legal, medical, or professional support rather than relying on a Product.
5. No Guarantees
The Products are designed to help you organize information, consider options, clarify needs and expectations, and make more grounded decisions. Results vary by person and situation.
Communication Decoded does not guarantee that:
- another person will respond, communicate, reconcile, change, or behave in any particular way;
- a relationship will improve, continue, or end;
- you will obtain certainty about another person's private motives, thoughts, or feelings;
- any particular communication strategy will produce a specific outcome; or
- a Product will be appropriate for every situation.
Examples and frameworks are educational tools, not predictions or guarantees.
6. Purchases and Payment
Communication Decoded is the supplier of the Products.
Purchases may be processed through Whop. When a purchase is processed through Whop, Whop acts as merchant of record for card-network rules and payment settlement purposes and provides payment-processing services in connection with the transaction. Communication Decoded remains the supplier of the purchased Product.
Payments are processed and settled through Whop and its financial partners. Depending on the applicable transaction, tax settings, and jurisdiction, Whop or its service providers may calculate, collect, and/or remit certain transaction taxes. Prices, taxes, fees, available payment methods, and checkout terms are displayed at the time of purchase.
Communication Decoded does not directly receive or store your complete payment-card information.
7. Delivery and Access
Digital Products are generally delivered electronically through the platform identified at checkout or through another stated delivery method.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and maintaining access to the email account, device, internet connection, software, and credentials reasonably necessary to access the Product.
If you experience a verified delivery or access problem, contact us at hello@communicationdecoded.net. We will make reasonable efforts to restore or provide access. Refund eligibility for unresolved access problems is governed by the Refund Policy.
8. Personal-Use License
Unless the applicable Product expressly states otherwise, your purchase grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Product for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You may not reproduce, republish, resell, sublicense, distribute, share, upload, post publicly, create derivative commercial products from, or otherwise exploit a Product or substantial portions of it without prior written permission from Communication Decoded.
Reasonable personal-use activities, such as printing a copy for yourself or saving a personal backup, are permitted.
9. Intellectual Property
The Products, including their text, frameworks, worksheets, names, graphics, layouts, examples, and other original content, are owned by or licensed to Communication Decoded and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
No ownership rights are transferred to you by purchase or access. Any rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
10. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Communication Decoded Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase. Except where that policy or applicable law provides otherwise, digital-product purchases are final.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer right that applies under law.
11. Support
For Product questions, delivery or access issues, or refund requests, contact:
Email: hello@communicationdecoded.net
Please provide enough information for us to identify the relevant purchase and understand the issue.
12. Email Communications
If you request a free resource, make a purchase, or contact us, we may send transactional or service communications reasonably related to that request, purchase, account, or support matter.
Marketing communications are handled separately. Where affirmative consent is required or used, requesting a resource or making a purchase does not by itself constitute consent to receive all future promotional email. You may unsubscribe from promotional email using the unsubscribe mechanism included in those messages.
13. Third-Party Platforms and Links
We use third-party platforms and service providers to operate portions of the customer experience, which may include Whop for checkout/payment/product access, Systeme.io for lead capture and email, Netlify for website hosting, and other technology or business-service providers.
Your use of a third-party platform may also be governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy. Communication Decoded is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, availability, security, or policies of third-party services, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
Products or websites may also contain links to third-party resources. A link does not necessarily constitute endorsement, and third-party content is governed by the third party's own terms and policies.
14. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Products or our websites to:
- violate applicable law or another person's rights;
- infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;
- distribute malware, harmful code, or abusive automated activity;
- attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
- reproduce or distribute Products beyond the license granted above; or
- misrepresent Communication Decoded content as professional, clinical, or individualized advice supplied on your behalf.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Products and websites are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Communication Decoded does not make warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy in every individual circumstance, or any particular personal or relationship outcome.
Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties. In those jurisdictions, this section applies only to the extent permitted by law.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Communication Decoded will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your purchase, access, use, inability to use, or reliance on a Product or website.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Communication Decoded's aggregate liability arising from a particular purchase will not exceed the amount you actually paid to Communication Decoded for the Product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including any liability or consumer remedy that applicable law makes non-waivable.
17. International Users and Mandatory Consumer Rights
Communication Decoded operates from the United States and its Products are offered online. If you access or purchase from another jurisdiction, you are responsible for ensuring that your use is lawful where you are located.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Where applicable law gives you mandatory rights regarding digital content, cancellation, refunds, conformity, disclosures, or remedies, those rights apply notwithstanding conflicting language in these Terms or the Refund Policy.
18. Governing Law
Except to the extent mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, these Terms and disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
This section does not deprive a consumer of protections that cannot be waived under the law that applies to that consumer.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted with a new effective or updated date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
For a completed purchase, the version presented or otherwise applicable at the time of purchase will continue to govern that transaction to the extent required by law.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, applicable Product description, and any terms expressly incorporated at checkout, constitute the agreement between you and Communication Decoded regarding the applicable Product, subject to any mandatory rights that cannot be waived.
