Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to digital products sold by Communication Decoded.

1. Digital Products Are Generally Final Sale

Because Communication Decoded products are digital and are generally made available electronically after purchase, purchases are final except in the limited circumstances described below or where applicable law requires otherwise.

We do not ordinarily provide refunds merely because you:

  • change your mind;
  • no longer want or need the Product;
  • do not use, download, read, or complete the Product;
  • expected a different personal, relationship, communication, or emotional outcome;
  • are dissatisfied with another person's response or behavior;
  • find that the Product does not apply to every aspect of your particular situation; or
  • later decide that you would have preferred a different product or type of resource.

A Product is educational decision-support material and does not guarantee a particular relationship or communication outcome.

2. Duplicate Charges and Payment-Processing Problems

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same transaction, see an unrecognized charge, or experience another payment-processing issue, contact Whop support through the purchase/checkout platform because Whop handles the payment-processing layer.

You may also contact Communication Decoded at hello@communicationdecoded.net so we can help identify the purchase or coordinate where appropriate.

3. Verified Delivery or Access Problems

If you paid for a Product but cannot access or receive it, contact hello@communicationdecoded.net with the email address used for the purchase and enough information for us to identify the transaction.

We will make reasonable efforts to troubleshoot the issue and provide or restore access.

If, after reasonable troubleshooting, Communication Decoded is unable to provide or restore access to a Product that you purchased, we will refund the purchase price.

A refund is not required solely because access is prevented by an issue outside our reasonable control—such as your device, internet connection, email-account access, forgotten credentials, or unsupported third-party software—when the Product has otherwise been properly delivered or made accessible. This does not limit any right that applicable law gives you.

4. Statutory and Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, conformity, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Some jurisdictions provide cancellation or withdrawal rights for digital content. Where applicable law permits a digital-content withdrawal right to end once immediate digital delivery begins, that right will end only if the legally required consent and acknowledgment have been obtained. If those legal requirements are not satisfied, any mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this Policy.

5. Unauthorized or Fraudulent Charges

If you believe a charge was unauthorized or fraudulent, contact Whop and/or the relevant payment provider promptly using the support options associated with the transaction. You may also notify Communication Decoded at hello@communicationdecoded.net.

Do not send complete payment-card numbers or other highly sensitive payment credentials by email.

6. How to Request Support or a Refund

For a Product-related refund or access request, email:

Include, where available:

  • the email address used for the purchase;
  • the Product purchased;
  • the approximate purchase date; and
  • a brief description of the issue.

We may request reasonable additional information needed to locate the transaction or evaluate the request.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version applicable to a completed purchase will be the version in effect for that transaction, subject to mandatory rights under applicable law.
