Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 26, 2026

Communication Decoded ("Communication Decoded," "we," "us," or "our") is a U.S.-based digital publishing brand operated as a sole proprietorship. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information in connection with our websites, free resources, digital products, email communications, customer support, and related services.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with Communication Decoded, we may collect the following categories of information.

A. Purchase and Account Information

When you purchase or access a Product through Whop, information associated with the transaction may include your name, email address, account or transaction identifiers, Product purchased, purchase date, price, payment status, access status, and related customer-service information.

Payment-card information is processed by Whop and its financial/payment partners. Communication Decoded does not directly receive or store your complete payment-card number.

B. Lead Magnet and Email Information

If you request a free resource, join an email list, or otherwise submit information through a lead-capture form, we may collect information such as your email address, name if requested, the form or resource associated with the submission, consent or preference information, and related signup or campaign data.

C. Support and Correspondence

If you contact us, we may collect the information you provide in the message and information reasonably necessary to respond, investigate an issue, or maintain a record of the communication.

D. Technical and Usage Information

Our website host and service providers may automatically process technical information such as IP address, browser or device type, operating system, referring page or source, pages viewed, approximate timestamps, and basic security or server-log information.

Communication Decoded may use platform-provided analytics and measurement tools, including tools provided by Whop, to understand page visits, referral sources, checkout activity, attribution, security events, and purchase conversion.

Communication Decoded may use the Whop Pixel or a similar Whop-provided measurement technology on a Communication Decoded website. When such a technology is enabled, it may collect or transmit technical and usage information to Whop for analytics, attribution, security, and related platform purposes. Where applicable law requires consent before non-essential analytics or measurement technologies are used, we will use those technologies only after obtaining the required consent.

At the time of this Policy, Communication Decoded does not intentionally deploy Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or Google Analytics for advertising purposes. If our tracking practices materially change, we will update this Policy and implement any legally required notice, consent, or choice mechanisms.

2. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

  • provide requested free resources and digital Products;
  • process and administer purchases and access;
  • provide customer support and troubleshoot delivery or access issues;
  • send transactional, service, or administrative communications;
  • send promotional email where permitted and consistent with your choices;
  • maintain records of consent, preferences, purchases, and support interactions;
  • understand website, funnel, checkout, and campaign performance;
  • protect our websites, accounts, Products, customers, and service providers from fraud, abuse, or security threats;
  • comply with legal, accounting, tax, regulatory, or contractual obligations; and
  • establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

3. Email Marketing and Consent

Requesting a free resource does not automatically mean that you consent to all future promotional email where separate consent is required or where Communication Decoded uses a separate marketing-consent choice.

Where affirmative consent is required or requested, we will rely on an affirmative action rather than a preselected choice. We may maintain records reasonably related to that consent, such as the signup source, consent status, date or timestamp where available, and related campaign or tagging information.

You may unsubscribe from promotional email by using the unsubscribe mechanism included in the message. An unsubscribe from promotional email does not prevent us from sending transactional or service communications that are reasonably necessary to provide a requested resource, administer a purchase, respond to support, or communicate about an account or transaction.

4. Legal Bases Where Applicable

Where applicable privacy law requires a legal basis for processing, we may process personal information based on one or more of the following:

  • Contract: to provide a Product, resource, or service you requested or purchased;
  • Consent: where you have given consent, such as for certain marketing or non-essential tracking activities;
  • Legitimate interests: to operate, secure, measure, improve, and support our business where those interests are not overridden by your applicable rights; and
  • Legal obligation: to comply with tax, accounting, consumer-protection, regulatory, law-enforcement, or other legal requirements.

5. How We Share Personal Information

Communication Decoded does not sell personal information for money. We do not intentionally use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising by Communication Decoded itself unless we disclose that practice and provide any choice required by applicable law.

We may disclose personal information to service providers and platforms that help us operate the business, including:

  • Whop, for checkout, payment processing, transaction administration, Product access or delivery, fraud prevention, analytics, attribution, and related platform services;
  • Systeme.io, for lead capture, email automation, campaign administration, and related customer-communication functions;
  • Netlify, for website hosting, delivery, security, and related technical infrastructure;
  • email, productivity, storage, and business-operations providers, including Google services where used;
  • payment and financial partners involved in transactions processed through Whop;
  • mail-receiving and administrative service providers where necessary to receive or manage business correspondence;
  • professional advisers, such as legal, accounting, tax, or compliance advisers, where appropriate; and
  • governmental, regulatory, law-enforcement, or other parties where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent fraud.

We may also disclose information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Whop, Systeme.io, Netlify, Google, payment/financial providers, and other third parties may independently collect and process personal information under their own privacy policies and legal obligations.

Depending on the service and processing activity, Communication Decoded and certain third-party platforms, including Whop, may each act independently with respect to the personal information they process.

We encourage you to review the privacy information provided by the third-party services you use.

7. International Processing

Communication Decoded and its service providers may process personal information in the United States and other countries where they or their vendors operate. Those countries may have data-protection laws different from the laws where you live.

Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, the relevant service provider or Communication Decoded will use legally recognized mechanisms as applicable to the processing at issue.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide Products and resources, maintain transaction and consent records, support customers, comply with legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of information, the reason it was collected, legal requirements, and the systems used by our service providers.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. No method of transmission, storage, or online processing can be guaranteed completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, which may include rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, or information about certain disclosures or processing activities.

These rights are not absolute and may be subject to exceptions, verification requirements, or limitations under applicable law.

To make a privacy request, contact hello@communicationdecoded.net. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

If you withdraw consent, the withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before the withdrawal.

11. Your Choices

You may:

  • unsubscribe from promotional email using the unsubscribe link in the message;
  • decline an optional marketing-consent checkbox when one is presented;
  • contact us to request changes to eligible communication preferences; and
  • use browser, device, or consent controls that may be offered for cookies or similar technologies.

Some communications are transactional or service-related and may continue when reasonably necessary to fulfill a request, administer a purchase, provide support, or comply with law.

12. Children

Communication Decoded's Products and services are intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly target or solicit personal information from children under 18 through these Products and services.

If you believe a person under 18 has provided personal information to us in connection with these services, contact hello@communicationdecoded.net.

13. Sensitive Personal Information

Please do not send unnecessary sensitive personal information through ordinary email or web forms. Relationship questions and support communications may sometimes contain personal details; provide only what is reasonably necessary for the request.

Do not send complete payment-card numbers, passwords, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive credentials by email.

14. Third-Party Links

Our websites, emails, or Products may contain links to third-party websites or services. This Privacy Policy does not govern the privacy practices of those third parties.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted with a new effective or updated date. If a change is material and applicable law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it as required.
